Organisational structure of RAMDAN

The 8/2002 (III.12.) Order of the Minister of Health specifies those institutes of the Government Office for Pest County Policy Administration Services of Public Health and National Public Health and Medical Officers Service (NPHMOS) that operate the RAMDAN laboratories. At present the following institutes operate the RAMDAN laboratories:

1. The high level radiological laboratory is operated by the NRIRR.
2. The medium level radiological laboratories are operated by the following Regional Institutes:
   • Government Office for Pest County Policy Administration Services of Public Health, Department of Radiation Hygiene, Budapest
   • Government Office for Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County Policy Administration Services of Public Health, Department of Radiation Hygiene, Miskolc
   • Government Office for Csongrád County Policy Administration Services of Public Health, Department of Radiation Hygiene, Szeged
   • Government Office for Győr-Moson-Sopron County Policy Administration Services of Public Health, Department of Radiation Hygiene, Győr
   • Government Office for Hajdú-Bihar County Policy Administration Services of Public Health, Department of Radiation Hygiene, Debrecen
   • Government Office for Tolna County Policy Administration Services of Public Health, Department of Radiation Hygiene, Szekszárd

The professional work of RAMDAN is coordinated by the Division of Public and Environmental Radiohygiene of NRIRR.
